CORK 2007

Martin 16 Training Camp (9-10 August 2007)
This annual event in Kingston has become of the premier events for Martin 16 sailors at all levels to boost their skills. This year's camp will be led by Ontario Sailing coach Sarah Urquhart, who was named Coach of the Year by the Canadian Yachting Association in 2006.
The camp will consist of both on-land seminars and lots of on-the-water training, including drills and practice races. We attempt to cater to all needs, from novices to paralympic contenders. CORK Regatta and Ontario Martin 16 Championship

The Ontario Sailing sponsored provincial championship if run in conjunction with the CORK offshore and one-design regatta. This is a challenging and fun regatta which offers the added benefit of being able to watch and interact with sailors from a range of fleets at one of the most highly rated sailing events in North America.
